pre-construction meeting

Upon loan approval, a pre-construction meeting will be held to discuss the following:

Approval of budget, plans, and materials
Determination of Cost Plus or Fixed Bid Contract
Determination of payment method (checks to be mailed or picked up in the department, deposited into a Glacier Bank account, or sent to another Glacier Bank branch for pick-up)
Discussion of Lien Waiver requirements
Discussion of year end 1099 tax reporting
Use of our Online Construction Manager for quick and efficient payment processing and at-a-glance project monitoring
Information on monthly inspections of project progression

online construction manager

We utilize an online draw approval website, Online Construction Manager, which allows borrowers and builders to submit and approve payment requests for their project(s) and monitor the whole process and budget from start to finish. While not required, this program is a great benefit to streamline the process and is convenient, secure, and easy to use.
